SUNY Oswego Associate Professor of Criminal Justice and Cannabis Studies Martin Koen joins the Throwing Bagels Podcast to discuss the development of the cannabis studies microcredential as well as the cannabis studies minor, which will launch in the fall; he also talks about how other SUNY Oswego professors and administrators have responded to his efforts to create these new programs, and shares his journey from growing up in South Africa to teaching at Oswego.
